Saturday, the person I've been seeing is coming to spend the day with me. We only live roughly 2 hours apart - and we are trying to see how it goes when he comes here. I am really wanting to establish a REAL relationship with him. Claiming that we are seeing each other isn't enough. I want to be called his girlfriend, and I know that we want the same things, too. What are some things that I can do and say to let him know that I really want to be with him, and I would never hurt him? What are some things we can do to make the whole day seem perfect?

make the most of it, even if your just sitting in a coach talking it will really depend on the quality of time you shared...its not with fancy resto or candle light dinner..just make the most..and voice out what you have in your heart, it will make everything perfect...good luck

It sounds to me like you're setting yourself up for a fall. Just be yourself, and let the relationship play itself out. If you two are compatible, it can happen. If not, and you keep trying to make everything perfect, you'll just be hurt or disillusioned in the end.

No relationship is perfect, except in the movies. Don't worry about perfect - just being yourself.

Ok so first off try not to make the visit boring for him or yourself. You need to think of some stuff to do when he is with you. Also try to keep having a great time he will most likely be impressed. Try to just sit down and maybe talk but don't make it dull. Mix fun with seriousness.

I say, start by going for a really long walk together....you'll be surprised how much talking you'll do with each other.
