Now now,you will get all the law and order wing nuts upset and angry by picking on the New York City Gestapo unless of course it was a loved one of theirs whose civil rights was being violated and then these NRAers would take out their concealed hand gun and "do their thing"

It looks to me like this person didnt want to obey a lawful order to leave because of rights that he "thinks" he has. If the police order you to leave an area, you dont have the right to stay, even if you are "on the sidewalk" as this person stated. If you want to fight the police, then you will lose. It is that simple. If you also want to fight the police, they do have the authority to fight you back. Suggestion for the people in the video, dont argue and fight, just do what you're told.

As usual another person who thinks he can anonymously make threats towards police. Some reason you left out a pic. Way to stand up for your beliefs. You are given a right to LAWFULLY assemble. Once certain criteria have been meet and you are no longer at a lawful assembly and you are told to leave by the police you are VIOLATING a law. The police were enforcing the law. When you are told to leave by police that are there lawfully you must leave, period. We are a nation of laws, and you sir would rather we be lawless.
