As long as your happy with yourself & the people that you care about it shouldnt matter...I'm 14 to & I feel to skinny. People don't understand it feels just as bad to be too skinny then to feel too fat. You shouldn't even ask this question. I'm sure your very beautiful..Some of my friends weigh as much as you & they're not fat at all...Soceity's just so foucused on weight.

Only you know if your fat. Maybe your really short in which case your over weight... then again mayb your really tall in which case your too skinny.
If you want to know where you fall percentil wise your at about the 80th percentile meaning 20 percent of American girls age 14 weigh more than you.... if your 5 feet 7 inches tall then your weight would be about right for your weight. So there you have it. Based only on averages you can figure it out for yourself if you are 5 feet 7 inches or tall then don't worry... for every inch shorter you should worry a little more about being to heavy. Simple enough?
excercise and avoiding junk food is the best thing you could try. Try going outside and walking and avoid sitting in the house watching TV or playing video games... TV and video games are a probably the biggest problem of young people and putting on too much weight.

hey hun! being 135 and 14 years old doesn't mean your fat. are you tall? and even if your not. your still only 14, and you can grown into your weight. If you do wanna lose some of your belly, maybe look into your schools weight programs and see if you can go to the weight room after school, like, my school has the program, BFS. Bigger, Faster, Stronger.....or you can join a sport, or just do crunches and sit ups alot. Run, or even walk a few miles aday. Walking is one of my Favorite things to do. i Love it! so thats pretty much how i stay in shape besides cheerleading.
well hun.. besides giving you that info, im telling you right now, EAT..but just dont scarf down horrible foods. do Not go anorexic. Thats the most stupid, and horrible thing you could do. so..just

No you are not fat. You can get rid of belly fat by excercising and lay off the soft drinks, drinking only water.

no you are not fat...and if you want to stay in shape or get rid of your lil tummy, start working out. it's as simple as walking or swimming during the summer to burn off the excess pounds...you don't have to eat different, but little steps help out a lot!

It depends on your height. You should go get your BMI (body mass index) checked out. As for the belly fat, exercise and be afraid of choclate + crisps.
