ah you've got an underground zit!!!

ice it to reduce the swelling and redness and go out to like target and get clearasil blemish treatment. it's clear and has sailic (sp?) acid. it'll help with the redness and make the zit go down a bit. oh, and DON'T RUB IT OR POP IT!

don't stress! it'll be alright!

good luck and have fun at your party!!!

Honey forget the morons on this site who has absolutely no sense of humor or common sense!

I had a HUGE pimple a few days ago and asked on this site for help.I got alot of answers but the best was to use benzoyl peroxide.

I got a tube of maximum strenght[10%] and applied it on the pimple and it like totally dried it up.So my advice is to try it.I know I'm not gonna be out of peroxide ever!

Also since you have to go out tonight, place a hot towel over your face and when the pimple comes to head use a soft face cloth to remove it.After that you can stil add the peroxide cause it gets rid of redness and the swelling. Then honey use some good concealer.I did this routine and no one noticed I had had a huge pimple just the day before.

[i left a spot of it on the pimple at night and it dried,so in the morning I just washed it off].

Hope this was helpful.

I feel your pain and yes, it can be embarrassing.
Try using hydrogen peroxide to draw out the infection and then place a hot cloth on it for awhile. Put on a triple Antibiotic ointment and a concealer for tonight's party.

Do NOT use rubbing alcohol if you have sensitive skin. It will make it worse. Trust me, I have very sensitive skin, too.

my mom was reading a mag and she said that model will squash up a pill like ADVIL of IB Profane and wet it a little and gently dab it on the spot. It might not take it away but it will reduce the swelling. my skin is really sensitive too, and nothing works well, but I used this method and it worked great! for future reference there is a Netrogena product called "8 hour rapid clear" that will work in 8 hours. =] hope i helped!!

Get rubbing alcohol and rub it on the infected area... =) It helps a lot. Ummm.... try not to touch it too much because it will just make it more noticably red and irritable... Not much you can do in 6 hours unless you pop it... =/ But that would leave a scar. If all else fails, wear concealer, or foundation in that area. <3333

There is absolutely nothing you can do in such short period of time. There is a balsam called "Cutlimin", I think it is prescription-free, but it isn't that easy to find; what it does is it diminishes the inflamation, and therefore it is less visible (and also diminishes the pain). Good luck man

A hot compress to expell and then ice afterwards...it really works! If not, try putting honey on it and covering with a band-aid (if you're at home)...sounds weird but works 80% of the time! Good luck...

My cousin had the same type of situation, except she had a big meeting and a gigantic zit on her chin. She went to her Doctor to have cortisone injected into it. She said it was practically gone in a couple of hours.

Here in Canada it costs about $25
