Well now, hyperthetically speaking, it would be a b1tch if a certain persons car doorlocks,petrol-cap & wipers were to become superglued.
Only a thought :-) as you are of the gentle sex, it might help - hyperthetically speaking of course - if help from a few heavyweights of the male sex could give a few tips to this person about parking his car properly without the need for a hospital visit first.
Hyperthetically speaking of course ;-)

I'd wait until tensions ease up -- and I'd park a little further away.
Then, when the situation gets a little less obvious I'd grab my rubber gloves and go grab some nasty dog or cat feces and smear it all over the door handles and trunk. If you apply it to the back of the handles and on the underside of the trunk latch, he'll never see it coming until it's too late and hopefully you'll catch him having to get somewhere in a hurry.
Super-gross and it doesn't actually harm his vehicle (I could never get behind actually destroying someone else's property on the sly -- too much bad karma in that for me).
And I might also get a valve-stem remover (bike shop or auto parts - 99 cents) and remove the valve stems from his tires. On that one I'd probably wait until he's about to bail out of town for a week and then do it the minute he leaves and follow that with a call to the police to report a derelict car in the hope that they'll tow it after 36 or 48 hours. Again, it doesn't cause serious injury to his car (but costs him about $4 in valve stems and a $100 towing fee).
But by all means, if he damages your car, take a pic of it and sue him.

an "obstruction" in the UK isnt illegal, an "unnecessary obstruction" is however.
Ive never heard of touch parking personally. where have i been? I would imagine that the police are slacking if all they do is tell you to move your car. They should have words with the guy.
I guess it's all dependent on where both cars are parked too.

Touch parking does no damage to either car, the problem is that you can't move in one direction.
If it does no damage to your car, you can do nothing.
I think the police comment is just stupid and is giving in to your neighbour. No wonder things get out of hand!
Move house. It will only escalate.

be careful what you do in retaliation.
if you mark his car he could have the police out on you , just like that.
don't put up with it.
but at the same time, don't antagonise the situation.
take photo's of it,so you have got proof or this for the police.
if it continues contact your local community warden.
the number is 1 0 1.
the local civic centre don't take kindly to things like this.
you could contact the police, but i don't think they will do much
without proof,so keep the photo's close by.

Report it as an accident, here in the U.K. I thought that this was illegal as it constitutes an obstruction,if you want to be just as nasty, get someone else to touch park against him on the other side!

take a picture of his house to show how much room he has to park in his own yard. then take another picture of your house and where you park. then take a third picture of his car parked so close to yours. call the police!

Not unless there is damage to you car. If you want to go down that line keep your handbrake on and the car in gear.
I do not think I would do this

Put some thing in your trunk that will stick out the back and when he pulls up he will damage his car then he will think twice
