I hadn't ever read anything written by a fundamentalist until I got on some of these web sites, and they call us Catholics crazy.
How could anyone believe this stuff, it is promoting false, non proven, non biblical propaganda, we must really pray for these people.
I especially feel for those who follow Kent Hovind, I think that is how it is spelled. To call the Cherub in the garden, Lucifer, and make unfounded links with the Bible is absurd and rediculous.
It is seriously something not to laugh at, but something we must pray over.
God bless and thanks for opening my eyes to this.

Hi Drake.
When given the opportunity to post the most outrageous and ludicrous fundamentalist website I could think of, there was no way I could pass up "Chick Publications." His outlandish and preposterous cartoon explanations of Catholicism are real knee slappers. They have such titles as, "Purgatory: Gold Mine of the Priesthood" and "The Death Cookie." This man knows as much about Catholicism as I know about rocket science, and yet he continues to publish and sell tracts on the topic.

I met the Consuming Fire Fellowship at my university recently. Check them out at:
http://www.consumingfirefellowship.org/
These people were handing out Chick Tracks and telling everyone that Hell awaits. I tried to have a reasonable conversation with a few of them and it ended up being a waste of time for everyone. Where is the love? So much hate and anger, definitely not what Christ wanted. I pray that one day we will all be one.

This guy's my favorite. He has monthly newsletters in which he ties in everything going on in the world with SATAN. He also uses numerology to determine that every date imaginable is EVIL. This month he makes "400" out to be an evil number and since it's the 400th anniversary of the Jamestown Settlement, Satan must have big plans!
Oh, here's another gem from this month's newsletter:
"Here let it be noted that in 1990 the elder President Bush, who was the first head of state to use the words New World Order since Adolph Hitler, admitted that he used a crystal ball to make decisions."
Also check out the tracts. They're hilarious.

Hmm.
I'm partial the the classics:

Chick is the home of those hilarious cartoon tracts fundies like to hand out, and Rapture Ready is so nuts I can hardly describe it. Careful when posting on RR's boards--they'll ban you quickly if they suspect you aren't in line with them.
Other fun destinations include the homepage of Bob Jones "University," which is chock full of hilarious religious ignorance, including attacks on science and, if you dig enough, some bits on why Catholics are (in their view) satanic.

If no one has visited "Dr. Dino", they are missing out on a chance to tour the twisted mind of Kent Hovind. When a single man can make sites such as Answers In Genesis look good, you know you've stumbled on something special.

I don't have a favorite "fundie" web site, because I'm Catholic.
One particularly nasty one is the God Hates Fags web site. Google it, and you'll see what I mean.
It's put out by an outfit called the Westboro Baptist Church -- they're anti-Catholic, anti-gay, anti-pretty much everything.
