Sweating is your body's cooling mechanism. It cools the body by drawing heat off the body when sweat evaporates. However, you have to watch your fluid intake. You lose eloctrolytes and water when you sweat, so you have to be sure to replenish them with either a sports drink or good ole fashion water.

It cools your body down and sweating also cleans the poisons out of your body which is really healthy for you.

It’s your personal cooling system. When you sweat the environment pulls the liquid off your skin and pulls it up into the air (like it does with any liquid) and it cools you down. There is a more scientific way to explain it but I don’t know what it is.

primarily sweat is your body's cooling system. The water that is pushed out thru sweat glands is warm, as it evaporates it removes heat with it.

sweat also carries toxins with it too so it is a cleansing action as well.

Hello Briana W :
Sweating simply helps your body to cool itself down. Don't let it worry you. It's natural.
Just remember deodorant or anti-perspirant.
