YES it's legal

The way I understand it, is that banks can not be involved with online gambling and transferring funds to these online gaming sites, and therefore it makes us (online poker players) have to go through third party money services, such as epassporte.com, or some other ones like it to deposit money. I don't think actually playing online is illegal though.
