It's goofy but it works. Get an adjustable band that will fit around the thickest part of your forearm. You'll be fine in a couple of days.

It must relieve the re-injury, tension on the ligaments. I think Ibuprofen for pain is good also.

Tendonitis is a fairly simple thing to keep under control. I had it when I played ball in high school. It got really bad, swelled up everyday...the changing of the weather very quickly made things much much worse on me. But, I went to the Doc. and they gave me some antiflammatory to take. Worked like a charm...try it!! They have many different kinds. I never experienced any sort of side effects to speak of...completely safe. I don't even have to use them anymore...it's wonderful!

An anti-inflammatory should work well (Advil). However, I get tired of popping pills.

Over the course of the past three months I've been taking MonaVie Active. This is an acai fruit blend. It has helped me a bunch with back pain and may help you. Look into it.

A Bowen therapist can usually relieve this issue in 2-4 sessions.

Your doctor can give you something to relieve this real fast and maybe cortisone shots for future relief and anti-inflamitories to help. Keep trying ice packs and rest.

the y make a special support strap for "Tennis Elbow" that is worn snuggly just below the elbow joint to give support to the tendon. The rest is a matter of time and protection...you have to limit your use and let it heal!
See you Doc!

i comprehend how painful it somewhat is. artwork on the inflammation with ibuprofen. and that i continually did the chilly/warm remedies. Fifteen minutes of chilly %. and quarter-hour of heating pad. Did they examine you for a torn tendon? the two way, this is the treatment.
