Good is too nebulous to narrow it down but here are some ideas. You can get rosaries that are blessed by a pope on eBay (link 1 and probably many others) or you can make your own (link 2).

Beyond that, you need to decide what you are looking for as far as what it is made of and Google it.

Here is one:

You can also get one at most religious stores.

If you don't want your parents to know, then don't keep it in a box...just put it in something that isn't obvious. Or place it in your dresser drawer.

I hope you pray the rosary for your parents.

The Divinity Collection has many beautiful rosaries and rosary inspired necklaces made with Swarovski crystals and genuine gemstones.

www.leafletonline.com is a great site for a variety of rosaries if you like to try that one. EWTN's shop site isn't too bad either.

Try eBay. I know what you might be thinking. Not everything they sell is second-handed. It's worth a visit.

Monasteries sell them cheap, but there probably aren't any near you. That's where i got mine from in greece. Don't know if they have websites, though

Also try to contact your local Catholic Parish. Someone there should be able to "hook you up" with one.
