Someone told me that there are bathtubs that fill from the bottom. Does anyone know of a website where I can find one?

I doubt it, and even if they did exist they might not be acceptable under your local building codes. At least not without a high reliability anti-siphon valve.

Any time fresh water has possible contact with waste water (as soon as fresh hits the tub it is considered waste), you need anti-siphon valves installed. Some localities do not allow anti-siphon valves because they fail, and the risk to contaminate the municipal water supply is too great.

If you find a tub like that, be sure and check with the municipal building codes in your area, and please hire a licensed plumber to install the tub (and the anti-siphon system).

i just did a quick google on em and didn't find an official webpage, but my (rather rich) aunt had a regular tub installed and then simply had a custom plumbing guy come out and pipe it to fill from the bottom. a spendy procedure, but it's a pretty cool tub and it makes hardly any noise.
