Why don't we just ignore these ignorant trolls?

They want a response and they are getting it. Why give them the satisfaction?

I don't! My best guess is the people that answer are just as ignorant as they are and are into the two points. You see all the time in answers "thanks for the two points". It would if great if everyone would ignore them and they would go away.
