It can be funny, gory or cringing. The death which affects me in any of them ways the most gets the ten points. Any deaths that have been taken from famous movies or books will not receive the points.

Since you didn't exclude TV shows, I'll give you one I enjoyed from "Dead Like Me."
A guy is delivering bottled water to an office. He lifts a 5-gallon bottle and walks toward the water cooler, not realizing that the floor near the cooler is wet. He slips, falls, and lands on his back on the floor. The water bottle is launched upward and comes down with the opening right in the guy's mouth. All 5 gallons drain into his belly and he expires on the spot.
