The food hadnt passed threw your stomach enough yet.
you dont have to wait 2 hours after eating to exercise because everybody has different digestive system and speed their stomachs work - some people can exercise wright after eating.
(I know i am good to go about 15min after eating.)

Your body is clearly telling you to stop - you're overdoing it or eating too much before exercising. Take things easier and don't exercise right after a meal probably thinking you'll burn away the calories. it doesn't work that way!

you didn't wait long enough after your last meal to exercise. You need to give your stomach enough to time to empty, that would be two hours.

You either worked out too hard, or if you just ate you brought everything up again.

You probably didn't allow your previous meal to properly digest, or, you may have over done it.
