At the risk of embarrassing myself, I am going to say that all of these are false.

1. Only when speaking ex cathedra on issues of faith and morality

2. Salvation is by the grace of God

3. Orthodox Christians can receive communion at Mass. Also other Catholics can.

4. False

5. An annulment is a declaration that a sacramental marriage was never present

6. He can only declare new doctrine

7. Never a teaching of the Catholic Church. Merely a theological theory.

8. Married men may become deacons.

Faith+Good works (more than giving on the collection plate).

False, if I'm not mistaken if grave circumstance allows it, then a non Catholic may receive Communion.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8 are false.

Not sure how to answer 6. I guess it depends on your definition of "change" and "doctrine". Sorry if I sound like Bill Clinton.

I will say 7 is true. The whole Limbo thing is more than a little weird. The church never had an official stance on what happened to those unbaptized. Limbo was a theory which basically said "we are not sure, it is up to God".
