How can I organize Album and Songs in iTunes?

Is there any way to organize my Library/Playlist so the albums are in cronological order but keeping the songs in their original order?

Yea, if you go to view options, click on track number and year (lower right corner), then sort your music by artist.

You have to be sure that you have all that information in the info section for each song.

It worked for me.
