What is the name of the patch that you get for motion sickness? The one that your doctor prescribes for you?

I am going on a cruise, and I dont want to have to worry about taking a bunch of pills with me, and/or them getting lost. I want to take the patch with me, but a friend of mine says only a doctor can prescribe it? What is the name of it, so I can ask my doctor for it?

The brand name is Transderm Scop, and it is a scopolomine patch.

I prescribe those for patients with a history of severe nausea and vomiting after anesthesia, and it works well.
