Confidence, and the ability to be really sweet. Good looks - not male model stunning, exactly. But say, look like you care about how you look. Tall, usually, but not always. And depending on the person, the hair could be any length. Most girls like semi-long hair, so they could play with it. Mainly, just look like you know who you are, where you're going, and how you're going to get there, and you'll get a girl.
