So there's this guy and i used to like him sooooo much but he's like 2 years older than me! Well after a month of liking him i told my sister because my sister is his bestfriend and well she was stunned and said "please don't tell him i told you but he's gay" and wow i could barely speak! Well after like 3 months of not liking him and hanging out with him and not telling him i know i saw him at the hospital visiting my sister because she's recovering from a Major Major surgeory and well i was already there when he came in and i was sleeping because i was staying the night and i woke up and he was right above me and i said "hey"!! Well we talked and i made him laugh a lot because he thinks i have a very good sense of humor!! Well umm i brought up that when i was on my vacation 3 random guys gave their numbers and i didn't even know them! He laughed. He said "well i'd totally hit it but i think i'll wait till next year"! What's up with this??? He's supposed to be gay!

i think ur sister just said he was gay and maybe coz she likes him too, im not american and this "well id totally hit it" sounds like he was saying he thought u where nice too and he understood why these people were givin ya there numbers, maybe im wrong but it sound like the old case of sibling rivalry/jealousy

why would you believe your sister? Dang girl! start to talk and build a foundation with this guy, he doesn't sound gay at all, but a gay man, can be a woman's best friend, so just become friends and go from there, learn NOT TO always believe something, just because your sister told you, or who ever told you, wait for him to tell you and don't judge him, just be his friend if he is gay, don't let others make you think badly of him, maybe your sister wanted him for herself? It's nice that he's willing to wait 1 yr. NICE Respectable man.

So the guy is gay..what is wrong with that...I reckon he is not quite come out yet fully he is still in the closet..he will wait untill he is old enough....But you should not have a problem with it.Clearly he likes you as a freind so just be there for him when he wants to talk..And if he wants to have sex with you then go for it you clearly like the guy so just go for it..

well, i think that he does like you. i think your sister was jut making that up because until you hear from him that he's gay, its just rumor. when he says, "well i'd totally hit it but i think i'll wait till next year" it means that he would try to get with you, but (depending on your age) may want to wait for a year

You sister could have been lying to have you back off of her friend, or he could possibly really be gay but was just saying that to play it cool and tag you along. Id "hit it" means that he would have sex with you, or in your case (your younger) just basically fool around, kiss, make out whatever.
He could also be bisexual..keep that as an possibility.

he means that he would totally sleep with you, but when guys, (mostly white guys) use this, it seems very rude, but a lot of the celebrity gossip blogs i go on, the main source is a guy and when he comments on the page of another guy he says, i would totally hit it

honey, if he's a closet gay, he's not going to act "gay." also, "hitting it" refers to having sex, but he said he would wait till next year because most likely he's over 18 and you're still underage. maybe he's covering for being gay, or maybe he's bisexual, or maybe he's straight, but was just trying to get close to you or your sister. who knows?
