Yes! Your conscience does not bother you, and you personally (both mentally and physically) benefit. You feel a lot better because you know that you are doing what God wants. (But you have to read the Bible, find the right religion, and actually follow what you learn). And we are told "Happy are those conscious of their spiritual needs".

People are happier when they are socially accepted. God's laws, and the religion that bases itself after it, forms a very tight, meaningful bond for those looking to belong and feel worthiness. Religions easily fill this void, either with community support, religious promises of salvation and reward, and strict rules that create such a social environment of simultaneous acceptance and control.

of course, they will do, choose, and make the right decision in their life as the word of the Lord applies for them. They will be wiser than the others. For me I found it better to follow God's laws, I live as a happy, complacent, and ambitious person in this life!

Sure - I mean if you are following God's laws - then you must be happy, right? Of course, when you have your period, you seclude yourself and don't have any contact with any men until you are ritually cleansed, right? You refrain from eating pork, right? If you are following all of God's laws, you are happy, right?

Happiness is subjective. And following God's laws for the sake of following laws is one thing. If you are doing it as a natural extension of your faith, if you have strong faith the answer I would think is yes.

They'll be happier, but not right away. God just doesn't work his ways like that. Plus, the sooner you start doing what he wants, the sooner you'll have your reward ensured (heaven). I know this sounds like a bad thing, but really, if you die and made God happy while you were on this earth, wasn't it worth it?

we're designed to follow God's law anyway, so wouldn't doing something natural for a change make us happy, as opposed to doing something unnatural?
