It was a mistake and poor leadership. The start has already began, just look around!

Bush won't consider anything he does a mistake, not even an error in judgement. Let's just hope that we have a president in the next century who will do right FOR the people and not BY the people. Because the only ones who remotely wanted to do good for humankind were killed.

The end of the world is very near...In the year 2010 there will be major things happening that will have us questioning our loyalty to ourselves. By 2012 it will truly be hell on earth.

I agree with Pirate Sean..Saddam had to go. The Iraqi people BEGGED us to come liberate them...then when we do, they allow insurgents to destroy their country.

Basically, the problem is that the Iraqi people have no idea of how to govern themselves. They need to realize that it will be painful, they will make mistakes, but they need to get involved and start taking back their country, not from the US but from the insurgents (read terrorists) who are killing their own countrymen.

If GWB got struck by lightning for APOLOGIZING about Iraq, would that make you question your own opinion about the war?

I don't see him apologizing until maybe on his death bed, but even then for posterity sake he'll stick to his belief that it was a good thing.
