Bismillahi Rahmani Rahim - In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Hello. I am a Muslim and fairly educated about my religion. Actually, we are not waiting for the return of Muhammad, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him. He completed his mission, which was telling us about Islam, and he died a normal death. He will be resurrected with all other humans on the Day of Judgment.
Muslims await the coming of Imaam Mahdi, a human person who will usher in the return of the Messiah, who is Jesus, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him. In Islam, we believe that Jesus was a prophet and a miracle from God, born of the Virgin Mary by Allah's Will, and that he is the Messiah and that he was not crucified but was taken up alive by God and will return to slay the antichrist, who is called al-Dajjaal in Arabic. If the author said Turks, most of whom are Muslim, were waiting for the return of Muhammad, then he, the author, misunderstood the Muslim belief, which is not surprising because many people do. Also, there is no timeframe for the return of Jesus because that is part of the Unknown, so we cannot say it will be in ten or a hundred years.
Hope this clears that up for you!
Fi Aman Allah,
Nancy Umm Abdel Hamid

Mohammad (pbuh) will be raised with the rest of the pure ones on the day of judgement. To my knowledge, he never claimed that he would be raised seperately.
Perhaps you are thinking of Imam Mahdi, a descendant of Mohammad who will return with Jesus to fight evil and set the world aright before judgement. The time of his appearance is not known.

interior the Bible, once you come around the word "40 days and 40 nights" it in many circumstances connotes that "adequate time" had handed. whilst Moses led the Jewish usa out of Egypt and wandered around the Sinai Peninsula for "40 years" it shows that the cleansing era between the Jews had taken place, which took approximately 2 generations later, formerly they proceeded to the Promised Land. wish that enables. Peace be with you.

It was on a slip of paper left in a tavern. It was a little smudgy and interpretations vary.
A thousand years is a favorite theme. Christ returned after a thousand years, and what's left now is the dregs.
