Not really. For some reason the hair on my thigh is much thinner than the hair on my lower legs. I really only shave all the way up when I wear a skirt.

Ok, if you shave your thigh for the first time, no it wont. You keep shaving the thighs and it will start to get hard and spikey! Then it'll get darker too.

No. It's an old wives tale that hair will come in dark/courser, etc. If you shave, the hair will grow back. That's all

It depends on the person. The hair I have there grows much finer than the hair around my calf and leg, so it doesn't feel spiky growing in.

well, it depends on what you mean by spikey.
if you mean like the rest of your leg hair that grows back like it does after shaving then yes.
all of your leg hairs grow the same.
but the hair on your thighs grow back slower.
on me anyways.
but the hair on your thighs will grow back just like the rest of your hair on your legs =)

Mine never has and I'm in my late 30's. It is still soft (although I haven't seen it many times since I usually shave daily. lol)
