That depends on if GWB lived to talk about it or not.

PS: In the November 2006 case Kent Hovind was convicted of 58 counts while Jo Hovind, his wife, was convicted of 44 counts, and both decided not to present a defense at trial. In January Hovind was sentenced to ten years plus fines and probation, and last Friday June 29, 2007, Jo Hovind was sentence to one year and one day plus probation and fines.

Only this week the 11th Court of Appeals denied their appeal.

I'm a Christian, although not a fundy, and I've never heard of such a petition.

Looking through the scriptures, I am unable to find a single place in the Bible where God struck someone with a lightning bolt. So I would see no Bible reason to assume that someone being hit with lightning was a sign of disapproval by God.

(It was Zeus who used to do that. So it would have to the Greeks pagens who would stop supporting him).

If George W. were giving a speech in the woods and there was no one around would it make a difference?

Only if the lightning strike made G.W. grow into Megabush. He'd be able to fly and strike terrorists wherever they may hide.

They would support him if he was hit by lightning while a gigantic thumb came out of the sky and squashed him flat. Of course if a jewish/foreign looking bloks turned up to preach peace security would shoot him

The Christian right has a petition running for G.W. to pardon Kent Hovind for his 12 counts of tax fraud. They will support anything.

George B. is smart enough not to make a speech on rainy day.
He always choose a sunny day to give his speech.

Have you seen the poll ratings?
What makes you think anyone supports "W" ?
I am a Christian and will be happy when this presidential era is over.

It depends what the speech was about, I suppose! :-) I'm sure that most of us have had moments when WE would've struck him with lightning, if we could've... Ah, nobody's perfect.
