I make my own. Either weak green teas, i use a variety of green teas, or I squeeze a little real lemon juice or real lime juice to kick up the flavor without adding any sugar. For 8 ounces of water I squeeze in about a teaspoon of lemon or lime juice. For tea, I try to use sun brewed tea but in a fix I will boil water and add tea bags. When it is brewed, I let it come to room temp and then mix more water in, usually the same amount I started with and then refrigerate. That way I get tea but it isn't so strong and I don't like sugar so I'm good to go! My sister will press fresh berries through a strainer or cheesecloth and add that to water. It's a great deal cheaper than buying the stuff! (We have softened water, my sister uses a reverse osmosis attachment on her kitchen sink.)

A very refreshing drink is simply the juice of a third of a lime in a glass of water. No calories, lots of vitamin c, and thirst quenching. Lemon juice (a quarter of a lemon) is good too, but possibly a little too acid for some tastes. If you want something sweet, then a teaspoon of honey in a glass of water is good, (or added to the lemon juice drink).

it fairly is powerful, yet overpriced. you're paying a top rate for convenience. it fairly is extra constructive to purchase that product stated as Emergen-C which you combine from packets like Kool- help.( far extra supplementations for the greenback. I decrease myself to a minimum of one glass of that an afternoon so i do no longer overdose on any supplementations). something of the time I make my very own eco-friendly tea and sweeten it with Stevia. i purchase the teabags on the greenback shop and unload them in a pot from a gallon jug of water. You boil it for a couple of minutes. After removing the tea bags, I upload the stevia, and unload it decrease back into the gallon jug with the the rest water. enable it cool interior the refrigerator. This makes a extreme dosage anti oxidant drink this is not any sugar, and extra value-effective than something bought waiting made. those prefab products on the shop are all designed to make you based on putting your income somebody else's economic company account.

buy calorie free flavors. try crystal light, ull love em.
kirkland vitamin water is good too, but expenive, these flavors are fun and cheap, and besides if u have a good diet and don't do extreme exercises, don't see why u need vitamin water or gatorade. fruit juice, tea is good too.
