yes, sometimes the british way of talking English sounds much fancier but it doesn't mean Americans can't speak good English. We can't help our accents. You don't see me making fun of the way Spanish people talk, you speak Spanish funny to me. But it still sounds okay.By Spanish I mean Spaniards from Spain. People in Mexico, Cuba, Argentina, etc. all have different accents when speaking Spanish. That doesn't mean they speak ugly. Its just different. And why are people bringing up the immigration stuff. This is not the topic to vent your anger on. Please show some respect and consideration for people.

There are certain places in America where if i were to use correct English people would look at me funny. That does not mean they are idiots, and it does not mean they don't know how to speak good English; everybody learns that in school here. They do not use correct English for convince' sake. Perfect English in America has 2 uses. #1, it is spoken for professional use by doctors, lawyers, ministers, and politicians. #2, It is a way that stuck-up, snobbish, and arrogant people distinguish themselves from all the rest of the lower class "pee-ons". Much like the snobbish Brits do when they intermingle with Americans. I led to assume that you are of a Spanish nationality (which may be why YOUR English is "wretched"), so let me ask you a question. Why do Spanish speaking people come to America (many of which are illegal) and expect to take our jobs, and live in our society without learning to speak English? I have visited Mexico four times, and I don't speak Spanish very well, but I at least gave it a serious effort. Many illegal Hispanic immigrants don't even bother to try.

Because the Spanish speaking people come from an other country. I have a question for you: why do most Americans don´t know any other language than their own?? I really get almost angry sometimes when Americans think that there is no other language in the world than American (English)!

Live and let live, that´s a good saying!

My father is from South America and that i grew up taking note of him talk Spanish. I grew up within the Midwest so i quite on no account heard it spoken another approach. About 10 yrs in the past i moved to a extensively Mexican group and that i determined what you are announcing to be actual. However, i spotted that humans from the inner of Mexico talk a lot more evidently than folks that reside within the "Frontera" that's the side of Mexico closest to the US border. Mexican-Americans and Mexicans from the Frontera use plenty of english phrases that they alter into Spanish. Also, consider of the way Americans from the South talk. Even in case your local language is English it is customarily tough to realise what they are announcing, do not you consider? It's the equal for Mexicans in opposite, their northern neighborhood is like our southern neighborhood.

Hey dude, nobody speaks their own language perfectly. I grew up speaking both English and Spanish and neither is spoken to perfection - there is no such thing.
