eat 6 mini meals a day (about 300-350 cals each and 2-3 hours apart). also use spices on your foods and drink green tea every morning. these things boost metabolism
take advantage of the warm weather and go swimming. it burns cals fast, tones your body and is a great exercise. dont worry about how you look in a bathing suit or anything just GO, cause it will all be worth it. you could also go play other sports like tenis with some friends. exercise is a main factor in losing weight (also boosting metabolism)
drink lots of water. water keeps you full and if your gonna exercise you NEED more water anyway
for food....cut out sugars as best you can, limit the carbs and startches and fats, and eat two salads a day. eat lots of fruits and veggies. try not to worry too much about calorie counting cause thats no way to live. and if you exercise five times a week with swimming or tennis or jogging, you really wont have to worry about it.
hope this helps! good luck!!

Avoid processed foods. Eat REAL food. Eat lean meats, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Esp. fruits an vegetables. It's a little more work but much healthier.
Avoid fried foods. You knew this already.
Avoid "diet" foods. They replace the fat with other crap.
Don't try to starve yourself. That will only put your body in survival mode and make it more difficult to lose weight. Make sure you don't get hungry.
Don't drink soda or other sugary drinks. Stick to water, unsweetened iced tea and maybe some wine.
Exercise. Cardio AND weight training.
Visit Mistress Krista.
Be realistic. You can safely lose 5 to 10 lbs a month. If you expect to lose 100lbs by then, forget it. But you can still lose a noticeable mount of weight.

You probably lost all your water weight. Now you have to kick up a notch on what you were doing, because now you've actually hit the stage of burning fat.
For foods, just follow the basic food pyramid and you'll be fine. For exercise, walk outside for 30 minutes a day and you'll see a difference after awhile. Or you can splurge a little and hire yourself a professional trainer.

-Cut down on calories.
-Lower the amount of carbs, fats and sugars you consume.
-Drink Lots of water.
-Do a form of cardio for about 30 min. everyday.
-Stay away from white rice, pasta, fast food, candy.
-Some good meat and foods to eat are; chicken, tuna, turkey, salads.
-Lift light weights, and do some pushups. The more muscle you have the more calories your body burns.
-Every morning have a freezing cup of cold water because your body uses more calories and energy to heat the water to the normal body temp.
Hope this helps, and good luck!

Cut your calories. Eat about 1500 to 1600 a day. Carbs are good, but try to get more protein because it'll stay w/ you longer during the day.
Visit this website for better diet info (I'm no expert, but she is).

a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
