I've talked to people of many religions. Take Baptists for instance (not picking on you, sorry), I have yet to find two Baptists that believe the same things. I haven't talked to many Catholics, but they seem confused about what they believe. I just think that if you are in a certain religion, that all the members should believe the same thing. What do you think?

Most variations of faith come down to power struggle, more specifically the belief of the person in power at the time. Politics plays just a big of a role as doctrine. The other reason there are so many variations is most religious texts leave big holes as to how certain situations should be handled. This especially becomes a problem when society abandons certain beliefs. The bible is very much pro-slavery. Most christians were pro-slavery. The bible is pro-jewish. The christian church until relatively recently was very anti-jew (both catholics and protestants either killed or advocated killing jewish people. if you don't believe me, read some Martin Luther or Calvin)Today , christians reading the exact same book feel differently about those issues.

Believing in God skill no longer something in case you do not have faith and understand Jesus as your Lord and Savior. The bible says the demons understand God, and that they tremble; in James 2:19. God would not communicate to the innovations of guy, devil does; God speaks to the spirit of guy. you could desire to be born returned to have the Holy Spirit residing in you, after which you'll be led by skill of the nonetheless small voice ( Romans 8:14 ). Romans 10:9-10 is the thank you to be born returned, and have eternal existence. Christianity is greater desirable than a faith, this is a relationship with God by way of Jesus as our Lord and Savior. :)

Because everyone is different. We are not all clones.
All atheists are not the same. All Wiccans are not the same.

There are no two people alike anywhere on the planet...even twins are different. I know. I was one.
