According to the Bible, God interacts as neither super villain or super hero. God loves humanity and wants to be in relationship with him. When God set the world in motion, he allowed humanities' choices to affect life on our planet. According to the Bible, God does intersect with the lives of humanity. The most notable time this occured was when Jesus walked the earth. In this case, Jesus' life and purpose culminates as God placed on Jesus the sins of the whole world, and Jesus was crucified on our behalf.
According to the Bible, God, to this day, does not act as either super villain or super hero because His will is not forced on anyone. If God acted as either, God would ultimately get God's way because God is God.

Well, considering in the New Testament, he gives us the CHOICE to accept everlasting life in heaven, instead of just destroying us all again with another flood, or raining down sulphur and fire and brimstone like He did in the Old Testament, I'd say that pretty much qualifies Him as a SuperHero. But I'm sure you'll get plenty of answers "proving" otherwise. ;) Have a great day!

Both really. The only problem with the Biblical God is he possesses mutually exclusive contradictory traits. A problem not present in the Sumerian belief system, from which Judaism, and Christianity were adapted.

no, God is the ruler of the world just watches over us he is not a supervillan or a super hero where did you get that idea? God is superior to us because he is the only God (the triune God, God the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit.) he loves us and wants us to spread his word

Considering that God has destroyed and killed people for crimes committed against God and not humanity, I would say that God is a supervillan on par with Doctor Doom. He was the anointed ruler of Latvia and ruled with an iron fist (No pun intended).
I will ring your doorbell and run away!!!

He's more like SoundWave, from Transformers. He just records everything we're doing and then makes judgments on it later. Actually SoundWave let Megatron make judgements. He was a total narc.

There weren't any super villians or super heroes in the Bible. However, if one were extrapolating contemporary iconography, one may easily say that both appellations may apply.

Depends if you're talking Old Testament or New. God's pretty nasty in the OT.
