Are you kidding me that's when life finally starts, that's when you don't care what people think, that's when you're not scare of saying what you think. That's when you know exactly where you're going and with whom you want to get there.
The 40's are awesome. I wouldn't go back for anything in the world.
Have fun

A Pirate Looks At Forty
By: Jimmy Buffett
Mother, mother ocean, I have heard you call
Wanted to sail upon your waters since I was three feet tall
You've seen it all, you've seen it all
Watched the men who rode you switch from sails to steam
And in your belly you hold the treasures few have ever seen
Most of 'em dream, most of 'em dream
Yes I am a pirate, two hundred years too late
The cannons don't thunder, there's nothin' to plunder
I'm an over-forty victim of fate
Arriving too late, arriving too late
I've done a bit of smugglin', I've run my share of grass
I made enough money to buy Miami, but I pissed it away so fast
Never meant to last, never meant to last
And I have been drunk now for over two weeks
I passed out and I rallied and I sprung a few leaks
But I got stop wishin', got to go fishin'
Down to rock bottom again
Just a few friends, just a few friends
(instrumental)
I go for younger women, lived with several awhile
Though I ran 'em away, they'd come back one day
Still could manage to smile
Just takes a while, just takes a while
Mother, mother ocean, after all the years I've found
My occupational hazard being my occupation's just not around
I feel like I've drowned, gonna head uptown
Coda:
I feel like I've drowned, gonna head uptown

I hated turning 40. It truly, truly, sucked. Now that I am turning 49, I would love to be 40 again. It is all relevant. Enjoy 40, and 50, and 60.......

That was 10 years ago for me. Live by the credo, "what doesn't hurt, doesn't work." There are more pluses to turning 40, Google it. Happy Birthday, yeah.

No. I'm 37 and feel better than I did at 30. I'm in better physical shape as well as better off financially. My 40s are gonna be a blast!

I'm in my mid 30's and the way I look at it is...I know more about myself and the world around me, I'm healthy, happy, people are living longer, and am blessed to be here, another day!
Don't know when you're b-day is, but I wish you a happy 40th!

yes i do and no i don't... yes because we are getting older year by year which means that we're nearer to our death dates. I can't bear to leave this world! No because if you knw how to take good care of ur skin, body, health, there shouldn't be any problems that ur systems might not work
