no ibuprofen. Motrin works best for tendinitis. Bengay or some cream like that Icy hot etc.... when I used to get tendinitis in my pitching elbow. I used to heat it with a hot wrap or heating pad for 20 mins and then ice for 20 mins and repeat the process every hour. for a week. And it would be gone in little over a week.

Using a moist heating pad or hot towels on the shoulders and arms for twenty minutes, several times a day is going to help. After the heat apply an analgesic cream into the painful areas. This will help a lot. If possible have a professional massage that can also take away a great deal of the pain.

Advil soft gel capsules work quickly on pain. Have Her take them four times daily.

Ahhh! You might want to try the Nikken's magnetic therapy to relieve this pain. Your environment must start with good health with the basics: clean air, clean water, and whole foods to get back in balance. Qi-istics is also another important key to holistic lifestyle. You might want to visit: http:www.nikken.com/ahnamestma... experience the message there; if you choose, we can set up a "Wellness Home" tour from a local Nikken Consultant. Who knows, after this phenomenal visit, you might choose to become a consultant to help others in these times of stress and economic changes. peace & love.
