There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, sweet fruits, milk, rice and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

Your headache may be due to allergies, stress, or immune system imbalances. Vascular headaches, such as migraine are caused by constrictive blood vessels in the head. Stress or a tight neck and shoulders increase the intensity of a headache.
You may wish to try an aromatherapy remedy. Inhale lavender or melissa or a combination of peppermint and eucalyptus to reduce your headache. You can also rub the oils on your teeth, gums, and the roof of your mouth. Studies show that it can also be effective to rub a balm of these oils on your temples.
A hot bath with a few drops of essential oil may ease your headache pain.
One way to stop a migraine is to place your hand in a basin of warm water (110 degrees F) with 5 drops of lavender essential oil for a few minutes.
Be sure to select a therapeutic grade essential oil and look for AFNOR certification on the label. I prefer Young Living Essential Oils.
Hope this helps. Best wishes.

Bachs rescue remedy is great for tension and nervous headaches. Not sure about migraine, I have never found a homeopathic remedy that works, I have to resort to Migraleve when I have one.
