No. You're not fat! If there are areas that you would like more toned, put your energy into that. Eat healthy. You will feel better about yourself no matter how much you weigh if you drink lots of water, stay away from too much soda, eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Limit the amount of bread you eat because carbs can make you tired. And look into a good Multi vitamin for teens. That will give you the iron you may need for menstration and the b vitamins you need to boost your energy level. You may find that doing all the exercises in the world may not make you lose any weight. Most of the time, when I work out to lose a couple pounds, I end up gaining it in muscle, but my clothes fit better and I have more energy. Look at fitness as a way to get more energy and feel better about yourself. Judge your weight by how you feel and not by the number on the scale. Everyone has a different goal weight depending on their bone and muscle structure.

At 14 years of age, 5'5", and 124 pounds, I would doubt very seriously that you are fat. I'm a male, 42-years of age, 5'9", 155 pounds, and maybe gain or lose one or two vanity pounds depending on how much water I drink before and during my workout. Plus, muscle is seven times heavier than fat, so I don't even pay attention to the scale anymore.

I would encourage you to continue excercising but, and I know you won't want to hear this, but at 14, you still have a measure of "baby fat" that your body is using for fuel. I assure you that if you continue to excersise, that you will be able to keep your weight under control. I would suspect that you have more of a problem with your body image than how you really look. Don't even bother with photos that you see in a magazine. That isn't reality. Also, I encourage you to continue to eat. If you stop eating, as I fear you might, then your body stores fat rather than burns it. I wish you the best of happiness.

You're not fat, but exercise is always good and will make you more athletic and healthy-looking. So keep it up anyway, but no, you're not fat.

For someone who's 5'5", anything under 130 pounds is considered to be a small frame. A normal frame is 127-141, and a large frame is beyond that. You're not only not fat, you're skinnier than normal. Keep exercising, but don't try to lose much more weight or you'll start to look like those waifish freaks.

But good job being in shape!

You're not fat...and don't listen to anyone who says you are. It's not even really being skinny that matters, you exercise a lot and you seem healthy. I'm a little older than you, shorter, and a few more pounds. I also have a lot of muscle on me, and as you know muscle weighs way more than fat. Why do you want to lose weight so much, and why by July 19th? Accept yourself and realize that you're being healthy and you're fine the way you are.

about 124 lbs. Well, if you don't drop dead before.
With 5'5", why you think you are over weight? You are not fat. Cut down on your exercise. Trust me, it will do more harm than good.

Keep your exercise to 15 minutes (1-2 sessions per day) with heart beat reaching about 150. Thats all.

You are not fat. You're still growing - 124 on a 5'5 frame is very reasonable.

Your doctor will only say you are overweight if he is a health freak.
You don't sound fat, you sound like you are cuddly like a teddy bear.

You seriously need counseling if you feel you are fat. Your mind is distorted about your image honey.
