Apply pressure. Press on top of a gauze pad, paper towel,, clean kitchen towel, etc. If it still doesn't stop, go to the ER.

cover the scratch with a cloth and apply pressure for 5 minutes. the bleeding should stop around that time but don't move it too much

Apply pressure to the wound with a bandage, lay down and raise in the arm in the air and the legs to prevent shock (apply a bandage if you can), if it is deep and has lots of blood go to hospital.
