Yes.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

A lot of people lose weight easily by modifying their dinners. Try having your large meal for lunch, and don't eat complex carbs after 2pm. Then, have a light snack late in the afternoon, like diced fruit or cheese sticks. At dinner time, have a cup (measured) of soup or tea and crackers just so your astomach won't be empty and you end up fasting over 8 hours. In the morning, have a filling breakfast that includes protein, fat and carbs.
You will lose more like this.

Of course we can all "push back from the dinner table" but skipping dinner isn't the answer either. You need to keep your blood sugar level the same throughout the day. So yes you could possibly lose weight "cutting back" on dinner but don't skip it all together you'll want to binge.

You should just cut back on portions. You cannot loose weight in a healthy manner by skipping meals. You should just have several small healthy meals. Then you can loose weight and keep it off. Of course a little exercise wouldn't hurt.

Yes, plus eat a very light and healthy meal NOT burgers and fries. Actually the weight you gain is determined by the amount of calories consumed in an entire week!

Yes you can, but reducing the total portions and percentage fat in each meal is better and healthier than skipping.
