This is a really hard thing to tell someone.

Many people don't understand how strong their odor is, or they come from cultures where body odor is not a big deal. Some people even have conditions that make it hard for them to control their body odor. Deodorants and such don't help them.

But of course, you can't really enjoy our work when you've got Mr. or Ms. Stinky hanging around, now can you?

Someone who knows the person the best should be the one to do it. It should be private. They aren't going to want the whole office to hear it. And just lay it out there for them. Tell them that you don't know if they are aware of it, but that they have a really strong body odor and that you wanted to see what could be done to fix that. Be prepared for a number of reactions from the person. But hopefully by bringing this to their attention they will do something to fix the problem.

And just remember, this a human being like you, so treat them with kindness.

Tell everyone that something smells mursky. And then you know how when you say that, erybody goes and smells themselve to say it aint them. Well if the person smell as strong as you say they can't deny it. And if they do jut get erybody to point the finger at the stank person. And maybe they'll decide to come to work the next day, minus the mursk.

Surprise with a Deoderant on their desk. We have the same problem. Except they have a dandruff problem too. But, if you dont want to be like that, just go up to them and say, "look, im sorry but i have to be honest, you smell kind of bad, and here is something that i think would help."

Do the right thing, honey. Pull this person aside (privately). Let them know you're telling them this in confidentiality. Be straight and to the point. And don't tease this person or discuss this issue with others because that is wrong, AND IT WILL COME BACK TO YOU. Trust and believe....

I would find the opportunity, for some random small occasion, their birthday, fourth of july, Happy "you've been working here for three months", or whatever, to get them a gift pack filled with toiletries. Deodorant, body wash, perfume/cologne, shampoo, etc.

There is no tacful way of doing it- trust me. I had a co-worker that smelled awful. HR can do it without them knowing that you have requested it. We used to call this guy smelly cat- it was awful and we let the manager know and they did it.

4 showers will do the trick. 3 ain't sufficient! after all, reckoning on how old your cousin is, it is maybe that she is basically hitting puberty, a time whilst physique scent oftentimes comes approximately. If she is ingesting a eating habitual heavy on garlic or exceptionally spiced nutrients, it is maybe that her physique scent is an effect of such nutrients products.

Don't be ashamed or embaressed to tell them that they Stink! Because if you get the nerves to tell that person, they will be thankful and cure that problem so they won't embaress themselves. Then you and your co-worker will gain trust.

just make a comment like somebody forgot their dial today . Or if you know them real good pass them a small size deodorant and tell them yours never last and be sure to show them that you have one in your desk drawer . tell them the air conditioning is lousy in the work place . good luck .
