Ok, you might lose 5-8 lbs.....but as soon as you start eating, you will gain it ALL back.....plus more. When you starve your body and then feed it again, it will hold on to ALL that food and store it because it's afraid you'll starve it again. It would take 4-6 weeks of eating normally for your body to get back to normal.
So, besides health issues.....this is just a worthless attempt at losing weight.
If you want to lose weight and keep it off, do it the right way. No less than 1,200 calories a day, eat healthy, eat smaller portions and exercise.

a one week water fast, won't lose you any weight. The body will go into starvation mode and CONSERVE FAT, got that? If the body thinks it's starving, it will hold onto every ounce it has to prevent death. One week won't lose you an ounce, not one, and then when you start eating again? you will gain even more because the body will hold onto that too until it is sure you aren't going to starve, say at least another week. Don't be so incredibly stupid. You gained the weight, now do the work needed to lose it permanently. That means discipline, controlled portions and daily exercise. A goal of 2 pounds lost a week is a good goal.

Well, eating as late as 1 am is usually frowned upon, as extra energy consumed at that time is not used up (unless you plan to do something rigorous at 2 am) and stored as fat. Since this is fruit, it may be able to burn faster. Another thing. Eating just grapes and cherries for a week may help you lose weight, but be sure to also cover your bases with the other vitamins and nutrients, be it through vitamin pills, protein pills, or other fruits. If you really are a normal weight, 25 pounds is a lot to lose and can be dangerous if done the wrong way.

yer everyone knows you will lose weight. But eventually you will eat again, and the likelyhood is you will start binge eating, and you will gain more weight and end up worse then you started off. i know this from personal experience and i've watched other people attempt the same, don't bother. Don't take the easy way out, set yourself a challenge! and do it the right way - healthy diet and excersise. Then by the end you will actually have something to be proud of =D
anyone can take the easy way out of situations...

You will probably collapse or faint from the lack of nutrition. It's not considered healthy to lose more than 2-3 pounds in one week so I really don't think I can help you.

Roughly 2 kg.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

That way of losing weight is not healthy, I am sorry to say. You can eat and drink and still lose weight. Drinking lots of water actually helps you lose weight, so dont stop drinking it and plus your body needs water. Just eat foods in moderation and eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. If you wanna lose a certain amount of weight, eat healthy and EXERCISE. Doing just 30 mins. of cardio burns tons of calories and its alot better than starving yourself and causing your body to break down and hurt itself.

I did this once, I didn't eat for two weeks. The first week I dropped 18 pounds and the second week I only dropped 7 pounds. Do not do this for more than a week, it took me almost a month to get back to normal again!

In the end, you will lose nothing. During your week of drinking just water, you will lose water weight only, and since you will not be taking in any kind of fat (which your body does need), your body will hit starvation mode and start taking muscle and turning it into fat to survive. The weight you lose will quickly add back on afterwards.
