Well, last time i checked ( about 6 months ago), i was 14 stone, I'm guessing now i'm about 14.5ish. maybe more.
I'm 15 years old + 5.7ish ( male )
not in a boastful way, but i do think some of it is muscle as a few years ago i spent most of my day doing swimming etc, for about 4 years straight, i also did light weightlifting for a while, after a day of trying a pullup every hour or two, i can usually do one, a lousy one.

How could i, build more muscle + lose fat? as all i did was lay on my *** in front of the pc and now i'm fat + stretch mark galore.

Oh, i don't have anything to help me anymore, So preferably workouts using my own bodyweight or things around the house, ( Urls accepted with lot's of hugs ),
Best answer goes to the most detailed explanation + most helpful there. I'll be back soon incase i need to add more details

thanks for your time,

The best exercises are squats, push-ups, chin-ups, leg lifts, etc.

And don't forget that you can turn common household items into workout equipment. Water jugs filled with sand work quite well.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

I have no equipment what so ever, so I run up the stairs faster. it definitely makes my legs stronger and while out shopping for daily groceries I walk a little faster while holding the groceries.... just always that little extra while doing normal things. that gets my heart rate up and prevents me from becoming a total couch potato.... and I love to swim... but that you need a pool for :-)))

it fairly is complicated. yet for Isometrics (utilising your guy or woman bodyweight for workout), the ultimate bicep construction workout may well be Chin-ups (or Pull-ups, whichever has your hands dealing with you). additionally an Australian Pull up. --- like a pull up, yet your legs and physique are horizontal --- image your self doing a push up, however the different way up.

push ups are good, the wider you place your hands the more it works your chest the closer in, the more it works shoulders and triceps
