Im not unattractive or fat
I can go out and meet guys
I have a lot of fun when i go out with my friends
But now im just so over being single and its only been 6 months !!
Do you ever feel like this and what do you do to get over it?

My only worry is that i dont want to get too "close" to a guy because i dont want to get a lot of notches on my belt if you know what i mean. I mean i want to get married one day and i dont want to regret my past.. i hope that makes sense. I cant just go out and root around like guys can..

Continue doing what you are doing. When you and your friends get out, go to places where other singles are. If you are in a social area, then thats what you will do and before you know it, you have struck up a convo with a young man who sparks your interest.
In the meantime, be confident and independant. Know that you are you and you dont need a man to complete you. Being single has its advantages as well. But, its human nature to want the company of the opposite sex.
But, just give it time. And never frown, even when ur down, because you never know who is falling in love with your smile :)

Babe: I'm 20 as well. Been single for over three years. Yeah, I'm sick of it and would like a girlfriend. I'm just the shy, conservative, smart type that girls our age don't go for. (I'm not 'unattractive or fat' either)
But hey... I've got all my time and money to myself! haha
***In response to your addition: I'm not a "rooter". There are guys like me around, although we're rare. If you like obnoxious, loud guys, then you like those rooters. I have zero "notches in my belt". And I plan on keeping it that way for a while because I have values. I'm not a religious nut, but I think there is more to life than sex. I can still go out and have fun...

It only natural that you are feeling this way. I do not know, but women are prone to be comfortable with commitment and the concept of relationships. I have been single for over year, and I am sick of having these continous and vain flings. Just have the faith, that god is listening and he has someone for you. There is a such thing of love, you have to believe. Just pray... god has your mr right. Trust me , he is waiting on you too.

Just know that if you do root around, you may find someone who you really do love and care about. If you fall for them, then you do but maybe they just want to root around too.
Love really sucks haha.

Usually this feeling comes when you have an insecure feeling inside of yourself, i have this feeling alot, but believe me from experience IF YOU WAIT OUT THAT FEELING you will be even happier single, you have try it at least once in your life

My son met his wife on UDATE and they have been happily married for three years.....you could give it a try!
I'm 61 and still lonely ... a bit old to go dating really.
