It's been proven that permanently changing eating habits is the only way to keep weight off. Start walking and drink plenty of water. More exercise can help with those bingeing spurts. As you know, putting it on is always easier than taking it off. Congratulations and hang in there.

You are obsessed. And people who do SERIOUS binging are emotional-eaters. You are going to continue to binge as long as you are stressed out. Some people drink alcohol, some take drugs....you eat when you're upset. You need to find a different way to handle your emotions.
7 lbs. is a lot in 2 weeks. But it will take longer to get it off. Just stop the binging. You know what you need to do to lose it. Start doing it and stop being obsessed with numbers. Your weight should be what looks good on YOU. Not someone else's idea of what women should look like.

i lost about 20 pounds in 4 weeks and gained it all back within 2. i suggest the Special K diet, if u want to lose weight fast. The weight pretty much meleted off. You eat Special K cereal for two meal a day, and then Special K snacks twice a day, and then a 3rd meal of your choice. I'm sure you can find detailed intructions at the special K site.
good luck! i lost the weight without excercising at all thats probably why i gained it back so fast

Just don't indulge so much, since that is what brought the weight back. You went on Weight Watchers? You only weighed 143! Are you short or tall?

It takes twice as long to get rid of excess weight as it did to put it on, so you are facing at least a month of work to get rid of what you've gained. Frankly it sounds to me like you are setting yourself up for a major eating disorder and might want to consider counselling.
