About 3 years ago I started to gain weight in college. I am out of college now and work out 3-5 days a week and am seeing results slowly. Major problem for me is going down a size due to my mid tummy. Its odd but the skin under my boobs are not flabby at all and you can see some muscle than the lower you get theres some sort of pouch only in the very middle not on the sides and than I am very thin right under it. It creates a big dip in my middle and it makes it hard for me to fit in jeans. What can I do to get rid of this so my middle seems less bumpy?

The lines are the two from sitting down for an prolonged time and your pores and skin fold over, or it incredibly seems extra like a 6 p.c.. to me. may well be a mixture of the two. you incredibly have a eye-catching abdomen, it is so toned and defined! As for the "pouch", you could no longer do something approximately it. females certainly have a bulge below their abdomen button via fact females are made waiting for being pregnant and the extra beneficial fat cushions the child. heavily, bypass google skinny women or bikini fashions or some thing. you will see even the skinniest lady with rock-complicated abs have slightly bulge below their abdomen button. Your "pouch" isn't even undesirable - you have a incredibly skinny abdomen :) yet once you're nevertheless paranoid approximately it and can't sleep at night coz of it, attempt hula hooping. It tones the decrease abdomen and waist fantastically. in basic terms 10 minutes an afternoon would be adequate. you could no longer do something with regard to the hips protruding via fact those are bones. So till you earnings weight, it incredibly is gonna be seen. and inspite of heavy human beings you could see their hip bones. i assume that section is in basic terms a fat repeling zone.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

I would be concerned, go to your doctors. It doesn't help that there is no muscle right dow nthe centre of your stomach. I am majorly overwieght still, and I have a fat build up lower abdomen in the middle, so it could just be the fat still sitting there. If it gets larger or painful, go to the doctors, and also if it has not gone within around 3 months.

Keeping working out, it`s as simple as that . Fat goes on first in the tummy area, problem is, that`s also the last place that it comes off. Spot reduction doesn`t work, by that I mean that you CAN`T lose weight off of just one part of your body. As you exercise, weight comes off all over, just some parts slower than others.

Sad news my dear, it takes twice as long to lose excess fat as it did to gain it. So you are looking at six years of effort. Unless you want to consider liposuction, still that tends to leave you with sagging skin and the need for yet another surgery like a tummy tuck. So, plan on changing your lifestyle to prevent such problems in the future.
