while I do trust my spouse as much as I could trust any body, he is alas a mere human being. We all have our weaknesses. God, on the other hand is more than human,and as such I must say He is trusted more.

My spouse because I don't believe in god.

But if I did believe in god I would still go with my spouse. Because god has a bad track record in the end of only keeping his word on doing bad things and not so much good things. After all the crap he put Job through I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him.

god because your spouse can always leave you but god will always stay with you through good and bad times.
