I'm a young guy (20) who has had a lot of heart problems since birth. I have a lot of nasty scars on my chest. I've never told a girl about this before. How do I tell her? I'm afraid she'll get scared or grossed out and leave me.

just tell her the truth behind the scars.... if she leaves you for it then shes really not someone you should be with....

\i'd just play things cool, and when it comes to dating, tell her casually get onto talking about medical stuff, and how you are much better for having the surgery but then leave it at that if she doesn't say anything, she may ask more and then you could say about the scars but i'd not jump into teling her as soon as you date, maybe after a couple of dates, or if the subject comes up in conversations, that way she wont think you are grossed out about it, and if she cares about you she won't mind, if she does, she isn't the right girl. My other half has imperfections and I have scars on me, but we love each other and it really doesn't matter. Good Luck :)

If anything, this could make her have the Florence Nightengale attitude with you - it could draw her closer to you. Me personally, I would be like, "Awwwww!" And cuddle you close as if you were still sick and needed to be taken care of. Sorry! Just the woman in me. :-)
Just tell her and be honest. If she would leave you over something like that, then she's a shallow person and you don't want to waste your time with her anyway.

Tell her as soon as possible. Be honest with her. If she's anything like me, she will still love you and be at your side despite everything. Good luck, and hope I helped.

dun cover it up with lies...
if shes grossed out so shes not the 1...
gather ur courage n tell her..dun back it down
