Well... not quite the way you put it... but yeah, I believe it's real.

I don't want you to do anything. I just tell people the truths that are contained in the Bible and pray that the Holy Spirit will give them the faith to believe and to be saved from their sins. But to answer a couple of your questions:
"an imaginary god whose holy book claims he drowned all the babies in a world-wide flood."
a. A supernatural, extra-dimensional being of unimaginable power is the best explanation for the existence of this universe. Logically there should be nothing because something cannot come from nothing and to claim that the matter in this universe has always been here merely pushes the problem of how it got here in the first place back in time to infinity.
b. The Bible teaches that mankind was constantly bent on doing evil before the flood. It also teaches about an age of accountability. If God had not wiped mankind off the face of the earth then in all likelihood these babies would have been condemned to Hell instead of being ushered into Heaven.
"You want me to believe in imaginary sins, so that every day I can feel guilty for being human and apologetic to your imaginary god"
The Bible teaches that ALL have sinned and fallen short of God's glory. It also teaches that God loved us too much to leave us in our sins and that He sent Jesus to pay our sin debt for us. Once a person accepts Jesus as their Savior they are freed from the power of sin to control their life and when they confess their sins they are cleansed from all unrighteousness by God. He doesn't tell us to feel guilty. He tells us to come to Him as a Father and admit that we made a mistake and to seek to do better from then on.

What I would like you to do is read the books about Jesus (first four books of the new testament). I doesn't matter if he was God or not. His teachings are very relevant. This was proven by Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King Jr. and even Ghandi, a hindu. These people followed Jesus' teaching and two of them gained rights for their race without imposing any bloodshed. Mother Teresa was probably the most loving person ever. That's what seems real to me.

as i study your question,i found out that it became in ordinary terms a assertion. one i consider,i might upload. if jesus' closest followers had worry with this asserting,it sort of feels to make experience that 2000 years later, some human beings might nevertheless be puzzled. yet whypersistent a wedge deeper between our brothers and sisters. what approximately love, desire, longsuffering, and perseverance and solidarity. you're a sister in christ with me,and we are joint heirs to the dominion via our lord.yet i've got self belief such as you wouldnt even have me over for lunch,or have a extreme-high quality bible learn, because of the fact im a "protestant"...a label i dont fairly like.i want ordinary ole christian. why the ought to be divided.all those products approximately we are suitable, and your incorrect.....it acheives no longer something. im incorrect...it motives dissention, anger, and branch.all of which our father would not approve of. many advantages tebone!

All I want you to do is live the way Christ lived and accept what he says is true, including his invitation to have a full and loving relationship with God. You already live a life of faith, everyone does.

I'm not really interested in what you believe. I don't spend my time trying to discredit others beliefs. Again, good or evil, help or hindrance, I see what you choose to do with your free will.
