First, all those looking for points save us the stupid replies, put in a letter, and get your points. Now, last night I was asleep but started to slowly wake up in stages. But I heard and felt like a small dog jumped up onto my bed. I even heard the bed squeak and felt like it was moving as if a small dog were walking on it. I just started staying in this place a few months ago and was still kind of out of it, so I thought it was one of the small dogs from my house. But then I realized that I wasn't at that house, and so I turned to see what it was but obviously nothing was there. I then turned back over and shut my eyes to go back to sleep when the bed started shaking a little, enough to where I could feel it and see the comforter wiggling. I held still to make sure it wasn't me somehow, and I realized it wasn't. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't shaking bigtime or anything..just a small shake - but it was very late and nobody was up.If you have any ideas, please let me know.Worry or no?

Don’t worry. What happened was when you were almost asleep or just about to wake up (it can occur either time) you felt your astral body either coming back in or leaving your physical body. This will cause small vibrations and sometimes sleep paralysis (when you can't move your body). I experience this nightly and there is nothing to worry about. If you "sense" someone is there with you then it could be your spirit guide just watching over you. They do this a lot when our bodies astral project. Most of the time you are unaware that it happens and people rarely remember their experiences when you wake up. Now that you are aware that its happening now would be a perfect time to start meditating and trying to open your third eye. This will help you remember where your astral body traveled while you were sleeping and to control your entry and exit to your physical body. Don't be scared or worried about anything. I know it can be frightening. When it first happened to me I thought a demon was in my room. :) Of course there wasn't and I was just scared because it was a new experience. Consider yourself lucky and use this experience to your advantage. Email me if you need any help :)

First, are you serious? I have spoken to people who have very seriously had weird spiritual or otherworldly experiences and I'm slow to dismiss them since I believe very strongly that there is more to this world than what we see. At the same time... do you life in California or some place that is prone to earthquakes?

Maybe a small earth tremor. But there are some spirits that may try to bother people, however they can. If it is a spirit, then rebuke it in the Name of Jesus, and it will have to leave.

If you are serious, have you considered some form of spiritual activity? Have you been involved in any occult activity? Ouija boards or something? If not don't worry. Pray the name of Jesus. If it is demonic it will flee. If you aren't a believer, well, maybe you should consider it.

There are two links to articles about various sleep disorders.

As real as events might seem at the time, read those articles and perhaps you could relate to them.

Pray!
And say out loud, "In the name of Jesus get away from me and this house!"
And get yourself right with God.
