Smart but poor, because at least there is an opportunity for improvement, and I wouldn't be poor for long anyway.....but dumb is for always.

Smart but poor (for most of my life),definitely not stupid but rich (greedy).Being rich doesn't make up for a pea-size brain.Look at Paris Hilton
and Britney Spears,both are living proof.
