Let me ask you this: Would you feel the same way about this person if he sang, "We all live in an Anglican housing scheme" very loudly?
I don't know you very well, but I am going out on a limb and assuming you would be inclined to exhibit a bit more tolerance towards him.
Leave the man alone. He is doing nothing wrong.
