you should be eating the "bigger" meals earlier yes.

Of course a balanced diet of fats, carbs and proteins is highly recommended. Think this is somethink you need to look into. Of course maybe you are not giving your body enough calories.. You havent really given us enough info to determine the correct course of action for you

Better to eat several balanced meals throughout the day. Breakfast could be a little bigger because you have gone all night without food. Eat three small meals and two light snack. Your body (liver) can only store about 500 calories which will last about 3-4 hours. Don't cut too far back on the fat as that is what triggers the feeling of full.

I am the other way round.

I eat low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein in the morning and afternoon. By dinner time, even though at times I am hungry (never starving), I am not able to eat much. I eat my fill after some vegetables and a few slices of meat.

I wake up feeling hungry, I eat quite a bit in the day, 3 to 4 meals before dinner. I think my diet is helping me. That way, I burned most of my calories in the day too!

This may or may not help you but it helped me. I eat a hearty but healthy breakfast and lunch. While I am awake and moving around I am able to burn those calories, and at night I have a light dinner. I don't eat anymore after that I drink lots of water to curve the hunger pains. Now my body has adjusted to it and expects the water. I even keep a bottle of water by my bedside incase I wake up in the middle of the night. It took sometime to get used to this but I'm alot happier and more satisfied now.

go by the saying EAT LIKE A KING AT BREAKFAST, A PRINCE AT LUNCH AND A PAUPER AT SUPPER. this way you are having your biggest meals first, and filling yourself up sooner in the day, you may even find that your not as hungry in the evenings. you could also look for some slow release foods, these make you stay fuller for longer. good luck xx

Eat more proteins on breakfast because they last longer and you wont feel so hungry. Yes, the meal of the morning should be bigger. It may include boiled eggs or boiled sausage.

I heard that the time you eat is irrelevant. No one REALLY knows because it depends ont he individual body. One thing you cna be certain about it if you exercise, you'll tone up muscle therefore burning fat. You'd put on weight not lose it but at least you'd be healthier.

your body sugars are out of control. have oats or porridge in the morning and mid morning replace bread or toast with oranges or any sweet fruits - eventually your body will get used to this. you need to eat this regularly and dont wait till you are starving to eat, for lunch avoid breads or sandwiches. have rice with whatever you like. Avoid bread.
