Hi, if it's on your lower left hand side, you could have gallstones. especially if it's very painful. I think you should see your Doctor. hope I helped.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome could be the cause of your stomach cramps but you need to get this confirmed by your doctor. If you really have an aversion to doctors, try using Actimel or similar pro-digestive drink, or live yoghurt.

The cramps and lower bowel pain sounds very much like what i have, Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Try Colofac (spelling?) can get it over counter in chemist.

But i would definately get an appointment with Doc, just to get it checked out...

Probably IBS. Irritable bowel syndrome. See your doctor. He can prescribe tablets to take a couple of times a day which will reduce the bloating and help disperse the wind.

Could you be allergic to milk and milk products? You may want to try cutting them out of your diet and see what happens. For the pain, try taking Tylenol. That's what I take when I'm ill and have pains in the bowels.

It could be Irritable Bowel or Diverticular Disease. First see a doctor, then change your eating habits. Cut out fat and sugar, eat loads of fibre and tons of vegetables and fruit.

I would recommend seeing a doctor but I would also recommend a colon cleansing. Keep track of what you eat and try to see if some of the foods are irritating your digestive tract.

Try Colpermin. (Always read the label)

If this is a long term problem, it's probably caused by a food intolerance. Try a week without wheat products. If that doesn't improve it, try a week without sugar.
