How do we know that Islam is a false religion? In Islam, Jesus is regarded as a prophet. In the Bible, the standard for a prophet (to determine if he is a false prophet or not) is evaluating his record. I do not know the standard for Islam.

However, if you were to apply the biblical standard to Jesus, what is the most offensive thing he said (he was ultimately crucified for it)?

He proclaimed himself to be the Son of God and to the sin offering for the world.

Islam does not believe this, so how can Jesus be respected as a prophet.

The entire premise of Christianity is that Jesus rose from the dead after he was crucified.

What does the Koran teach about the death of Jesus? That he was not killed on the cross. That he did not raise from the dead.

Quran says:

3/55 Thus, GOD said, "O Jesus, I am terminating your life, raising you to Me, and ridding you of the disbelievers.
